• Support CAT’s Global Paving Product Sales and Product Support.
• Advise and consult with customers and sales reps.
• Promote our winter paver rebuild program.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement advertising, promotion, and business plans.

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of related sales experience.
• Background in accounting, invoicing, financing, heavy equipment, or equipment rental is required and beneficial.

• Proficient in computer and Microsoft applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
• Highly energetic, outgoing, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
