About the Role: Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where you’ll be at the heart of our service operations? As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be crucial in managing work orders, entering technician time, and handling service reports in Service Link. You’ll also schedule PSP/PIP work, process customer purchase orders, and maintain our history files. Plus, you’ll be the go-to person for warranty claims, coordinating with our central warranty group and parts personnel to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your clerical skills will shine as you manage payroll and scheduling tasks.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Tech-Savvy Skills: You’re a whiz with computers, typing at least 60 words per minute, and you’re comfortable using MS Word and Excel.
  • Organizational Guru: Your superior organizational skills help you juggle multiple tasks and communicate effectively with various locations and departments.
  • Multitasking Pro: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can easily handle multiple tasks.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your keen eye for detail and strong decision-making skills ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Customer Service Star: You have excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
What You Need:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a service department is a plus, but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
